They offer free "stuff" but it has to be sent to you, therefore, please leave your e-mail address, your name, phone number, address and if you don't mind include your date of birth, your Social Security number, your mother's maiden name and if you have it handy your bank account number and all of your passwords.  Really, do they actually expect you to do that!
